Shipping info:

1. Orders are usually processed within 7-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. (In the Netherlands) It depends if its a pre-order or that the hair is already in stock. When its a custom order, we will send this within 14-17 business days.
2. We offer standard shipping options.
Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-12 business days.
3. We ship to all countries. For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any additional fees.
4. The shipping price is calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order.
5. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Hairbymontebeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure.
8. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Refund policy:

1. The customer has the right to terminate the distance contract with Hairbymontebeauty within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, without giving reasons, free of charge. The period starts on the day after the customer has received the product.
2. Hairbymontebeauty does not refund money for worn or used hair. No exceptions are made. 
3. Within the withdrawal period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. Customer will only open the packaging and use the product only to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of products. The basic principle here is that this inspection should not go further than what a customer could do in a physical store. Especially for customers acting in the exercise of their profession or business, products can only be returned unused in unopened packaging.
4. Customer can terminate the agreement by informing Hairbymontebeauty via e-mail that he wishes to cancel the purchase. After cancellation, the customer still has 14 days to return the product. Products can be returned to: Hairbymontebeauty: Henk Speksnijderstraat 21 3067 AC
5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: used hair, pre orders, custom made orders, sale orders.
6. If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. You must inspect the product immediately.
